Solarestique LLC provides solar permit design and related consulting services tailored to the needs of solar installers and renewable energy market leaders within the United States.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

·      Provide accurate, complete, and lawful project information.

·      Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

·      Safeguard any proprietary or sensitive data shared during service engagements.

5. Fees and Payment

·      Pricing: As agreed upon in service contracts.

·      Payment Terms: Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.

6. Data Security and Compliance

Solarestique LLC complies with applicable U.S. data privacy and security laws, including but not limited to:

·      California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): For applicable California-based clients, you have the right to access, delete, or opt out of the sale of your personal data.

·      Texas Business and Commerce Code – Section 521.052: Solarestique LLC ensures the secure storage and transmission of sensitive data and implements reasonable safeguards to prevent unauthorized access.

·      Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Standards: Solarestique LLC adheres to FTC guidelines for protecting personal and business data against breaches.

7. Intellectual Property

·      Ownership: All deliverables created during service remain the property of Solarestique LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

·      License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for the intended purpose.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

·      Protect sensitive information shared during the engagement.

·      Use such information solely for the intended business purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

Solarestique LLC is not liable for:

·      Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

·      Failure to meet deadlines caused by delays beyond our reasonable control (e.g., regulatory approvals or unforeseen circumstances).

10. Termination

·      By Client: Clients may terminate services with a 30-day written notice, subject to the terms of any existing contracts.

·      By Company: Solarestique LLC may terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment, breach of contract, or violation of laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Texas, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.

13. Compliance with U.S. Regulations

Solarestique LLC complies with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to:

·      Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards for renewable energy projects.

·      Federal and state-specific solar energy codes and permitting requirements.

14. Amendments

Solarestique LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
